Notes: Invention Project is due Wednesday, September 7 (ALL Classes) -- Colonies Test on Thursday/Friday -- depending on our last day of the week.
***If you would like to come in before school for Studyfest 2011 (extra review time for the test) you may come in on Wednesday and meet in my room at 7:25 and we will review until 7:45***
Day 1: Slavery discussion and Review for the Test -- Watching "Roots" and reading from the Slavery packet
Day 2: Colonial Slavery & Review for the Test -- Study Guide is as follows:
-Comparing & Contrasting the Colonial Regions - Geography, Climate, Industy/Economy, Culture
-Life in the Colonies -- Cities & Farms
-Slavery in the Colonies -- Triangular Trade, Middle Passage, reasons for enslaving Africans
-Jamestown...all of it!
-Reasons for colonizing the New World
Day 3: Colonies Test (Thursday & Friday depending on when I have you in class)
