Week of November 16 -- 20

Hey Gang!  We have a short week because of Parent-Teacher Conferences on Thursday and Friday.  Huzzah!  I get to tell your parents ALLLLL about YOU and how YOU are in class...muahahahah....I'll be nice...This week, we're going to explore America's First Industrial Revolution and the presidencies of James Monroe and John Quincy Adams!  
By the way Tuesday and Wednesday are A Days!

In Class:  First Industrial Revolution -- What makes inventions important?  Why do we invent things?  How did the inventions of the 1790s-1820s impact the nation both then and NOW!

In Class:  Finish any discussion on the First Industrial Revolution -- Enter the CORRUPT BARGAIN Election of 1824 and determine why John Quincy Adams had a MISERABLE Presidency after he lost the Election of 1824 but became president...Hmmm...
