Weeks of October 6--10
Hey gang! We have a few short weeks ahead of us with "A" days this week that will ensure we'll see each other every day! Yay! The Second Continental Congress is over, the United States is now officially "declared" a new nation, but now it is time to FIGHT for the land the colonists declared the United States. We will briefly look at the Revolutionary War, the Articles of Confederation, and then dive into one of my favorite units of the year: Civics and the Constitution!!!!!
Week of October 6--10
Day 1
In class: We're going to examine the actual Declaration of Independence and then dive into a BrainPop video on the Revolutionary War (davisacad and student are login/password): BrainPop : Revolutionary War ...
