JFK 50 Years Later...And Friday's Lesson in class

Students,

I wish I could be there with you to briefly discuss the legacy and importance of John F. Kennedy.  Today marks the 50th anniversary of his assassination in Dallas, Texas.  Before you begin class today, please appreciate some of these famous words by JFK, and please take them to heart...

You have the remainder of the class period to work on your Andrew Jackson Webquest Assignment.  If you finish the assignment and would like to print it, you may print it and put it in the Blue Box.  If you finish the Andrew Jackson Webquest, I would like you to watch the following flicks on Andrew Jackson, and keep this information in mind for your notes on Andrew Jackson.  Remember, you are writing a paper on Andrew Jackson...ALL of this information is "fair game" for the Presidential Projects and the Andrew Jackson paper.

Andrew Jackson:  How he reinvented the presidency...

What DISNEY thinks of Andrew Jackson

The Presidents:  Begin Watching Film at 11:32 until the end of the Jackson Presidency...
