Week of March 22--26

Students,

I am currently in Washington, D.C. with the 7th Graders and below are the assignments you must complete in class and/or over Spring Break. I will try to check my e-mail and respond each night if you have questions about the work. I will take pictures of the trip and upload them for your viewing pleasure! :)

Monday, March 22
In Class: The Roaring 1920s Video and 5 sentence responses. Chapter 24 Questions and The Roaring Twenties Rarrrr! handout due by Friday.
Homework: K-W-L, Chapter 24 handout, and Roaring Twenties Web Chart sheets due Friday

Tuesday, March 23
In Class: The Great Depression -- Chapter handouts and reading provided about The Great Depression.
Homework: Great Depression handouts (if not completed in Class) due Friday

Wednesday, March 24
In Class: Great Depression Photo Analysis assignment.

Thursday, March 25
In Class: World War II Video and 5 Sentences on America's involvement in World War II. World War II handouts
Homework: World War II handouts due Friday

Friday, March 26
In Class: World War II Propaganda packet -- interpreting Political Cartoons of World War II. Due the day we return from Spring Break.
Homework: World War II Propaganda Packet and Presidential Projects (Hayes -- McKinley)

ALL WORK MUST BE SUBMITTED BY FRIDAY (with the exception of the World War II propaganda packet)
