  3. Explain the details of the Mizzouri Compromise and whether you think it was a good compromise. Why was it good/bad?  How is slavery now dividing the nation?
  4. What was the main point of the Monroe Doctrine? Does the US have the authority/power to make such a statement? Do you think the United States sorta acts like this now in foreign policy?
  5. Explain whether you think General Andrew Jackson abused his power when he went into Florida
