Day 1
In Class:  The Constitution Unit is over!  It is time to learn about the first few years of the nation's history 1789-1825:  Washington, Adams, Jefferson and the First Industrial Revolution
  1. Pre Q: How difficult do you think it was for G Dubbs to be the first president?
  2. Based on the reading, what do you think made Washington such a great president?
  3. Based on the reading, what were some struggles/problems Washington faced while president?
  4. Washington is considered a top 3 president by all presidential historians. Explain in a short paragraph why this is a true statement based on the reading and the flick about G. Dubbs
  5. What do you think the effects were after the formation of the first political parties and according to the chart what do you think is the biggest thing that creates division between the two parties - Federalist and Democratic-Republican?
