Welcome to week 6 and Second Continental Congress Week!!!  

Day 1
In Class:  Work on American Revolution paper!  Paper is Due Sept 25!  
HW:  Delegate template due tomorrow for Second Cont. Congress and paper due Sept 25!

In Class:  Using the textbook (I know, I can’t believe we’re using it either) read through Chapter 8 and answer the following Q’s based on the reading about the nation post-Revolutionary War and pre-US Constitution…
  1. Most members of the Second Cont. Congress were nervous about creating a strong central government, which means a large and powerful federal government.  Why do you think this was the case?
  2. What was the name of the plan of government?
