Week of Sept. 2--6

Hey baby birds!  We have a short week, but we will continue to dive deep into colonial slavery -- especially the Middle Passage and slaves' arrival to the colonies.  You have a Colonies Test on Sept. 10/11 depending on when I see you that week.  We will continue with the colonists moving west and trouble on the frontier in the 1750s-1760s.    

Monday, Sept. 2 -- No School Labor Day

In Class:  Colonial slavery -- Finish our slavery discussion and jobs of slaves in the colonial world -- French and Indian War -- George Washington and Benny Franklin are gonna make their first  appearences here.  We're gonna BrainPop the "French and Indian War" and you can watch it outside of class if you missed it -- davisacad -- student  --
