Week of 15--19

Welcome back to a normal week of school!!! 
Election Unit 2012 continues...

Monday, October 15: 
In Class: Election unit continues...What is the Electoral College?  What is a Democrat and a Republican?  How were those VP debates?  Requirements to be the President, Vice President, who can vote, who cannot, what are the issues in this election and WHY are they the issues?
HW:  Donkeys or Elephants?  due Friday, October 19
Notes:  Watch the Presidential on Tuesday, October 16 debates live, summary videos, or read an article about the Presidential Debate and write up a summary of what you saw.  Be Specific:  What did the candidates wear?  How comfortable did they look on camera?  Did the smile a lot? Frown a lot? Raise their voice?  Seem passionate about any particular subject?  Who sounded or debated better?  Why is this?  What color were their ties? :) -- Summary due Friday, October 19.

Tuesday, October 16:
