Week of August 27--31

Welcome to Week 3!   Last week we learned about Jamestown, colonial Virginia, and colonial slavery...This week, we tackle the remaining 12 colonies...

Day 1: 13 colonies spoke-chart reading...We'll compare and contrast the three colonial regions and the 13 colonies -- geography, climate, religion, reasons for settlement, economy, and differences!
HW:  Watch the New England colonies Podcast -- no facts needed...this will help your understanding of the region.  Current Events due Friday -- Republican National Convention!
