- What is the process to pass an Amendment? Why is this process so difficult?
- What are the "relations among the states" in the Constitution?
- Be able to fill in one arrow for each branch in how they "check" each other in the Checks & Balances system.
- What is the President's Cabinet, and be able to explain two positions in the Cabinet.
