-Know the following amendments: I-X, XII, XIII-XXVI. No, I don't care about IX or XI. Lame.  If you are choosing to do the study guide, write out each amendment.
-How many votes does it take to win the Electoral College?
-What are three powers that the states have that the federal government does not have?
-What are four powers of Congress?
-How do you pass an amendment?
-Article IV talks about the relations among the states. Briefly explain what this means.
-What is an ex post facto law?
-The XIII, XIV, and XV amendments were passed after which major event?
-How many members are in the Senate, House of Representatives, Electoral College, Supreme Court?
-The XVI, XVII, XVIII, and XIX amendments were passed during which era in American history?
