Week 3: Aug. 27-31, 2k18

Hey #untouchables!  Welcome to our third week of school.  This week the retreat kinda throws off our schedule, however on Friday we will all be on the same page.  It's time to enter the American Revolution and get ready for the Second Continental Congress!  #Huzzah!

Day 1
In Class:  Colonies and colonial slavery test
HW: Begin reading the Revolution Doc and answer the following Q's by Day 2 (Tuesday)
  1. What did the 13 colonies have in common with each other in the 1760s-1770s?
  2. As the colonies grew, where did the colonists begin to move?
  3. Do you think the colonies were more reliant on Great Britain or self-sufficient in the 1760s-1770s?
  4. Why did the French & Indian War fighting break out?

Day 2
In Class:  Go over HW Q's and continue reading the Revolution Doc with the Albany Plan of Union -- Proclamation of 1763 -- Bring on the Acts and hopefully answer the Q's today in class:

Day 3 --No Class on Wednesday or Thursday --  Retreat

In Class:  Continue reading the Revolution Doc and hopefully get through the following Q's...
